益精灵口服液质量控制标准提高研究

Study on Quality Standards of Yijingling Oral Solution

目的：对益精灵口服液的质量标准进行研究。方法：采用薄层色谱法对处方中的何首乌、枸杞子进行定性鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法对何首乌的主要成分二苯乙烯苷进行含量测定。结果：定性鉴别方法专属性强。二苯乙烯苷质量浓度在0.01648~0.412 mg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为y=36641.272966x＋20.849766,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.31%,RSD=1.21%（n=9）。结论：本方法简单,专属性强,结果准确可靠,可有效控制益精灵口服液的质量。

Objective：To study the quality standards of Yijingling Oral Solution. Methods：TLC method was used for the identification of Radix Polygoni Multiflori,Medlar.The content of stilbene glycoside was determined by HPLC. Results：The identification method was specific.Linear range of determination of stilbene glycoside was 0.01648~0.412 mg/m L（r=0.9999）.The average recovery was 99.31%,RSD was 1.21%（n=9）.Conclusion：The method is simple specific,accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Yijingling Oral Solution.
