炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的meta分析

Meta-analysis:Yanhuning Treatment of Children with Acute Respiratory Infection

目的:探讨炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:计算机检索CNKI、CBM、Wan Fang Data和VIP数据库中关于炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染的随机临床试验,并追索纳入研究的参考文献,检索时间为建库至今。由评价者对纳入研究的质量进行严格评价和治疗提取后,采用Rev Man5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入37个RCT,共7232例患儿。Meta分析结果显示:炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染在总有效率、退热时间、咽肿消退时间、鼻塞流鼻涕消退时间、止咳缓解时间、咽部充血消退时间等方面与对照组均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗效果均优于对照组。结论:基于纳入RCT的Meta分析结果,认为炎琥宁治疗小儿急性上呼吸道感染具有一定的疗效性,但这一分析结果需要严格的、大样本的随机双盲实验加以验证。

Objective：Discussion Yanhuning treatment of children with acute respiratory infection clinical effects. Methods：Computer searched CNKI,CBM,Wan Fang Data and VIP database of randomized clinical trials on Yanhuning treatment of children with acute respiratory infection,and recourse study included references,Search time for building a database so far. After the reviewers on the quality of the included studies were extracted rigorous evaluation and treatment,Meta-analysis software using Rev Man5.3. Results：Eventually included 37 RCT,a total of 7232 cases of children. Meta-analysis showed that：aspects Yanhuning treatment of children with acute respiratory infections in total efficiency,cooling time,pharyngeal swelling subsided time,runny nose thiophene subsided time,cough relief time,throat congestion subsided time with the control group were statistically significant（P0.05）,and treatment than the control group. Conclusion：Based on results of the analysis included RCT of Meta-analysis,think Yanhuning treatment of children with acute respiratory infection have a certain effect,However,this analysis requires strict large sample of randomized double-blind experiment verified.
