基于数据挖掘方法对张君教授治疗小儿过敏性紫癜临床用药规律分析研究

Analysis of the Clinical Use of Professor ZHANG Jun in Treating Pediatric Allergic Purpura Based on Data Mining Method

目的:通过数据挖掘技术,分析张君教授中医药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜用药特点,总结其对本病的临床辨证论治思路。方法:对张君教授治疗的283例小儿过敏性紫癜病例所应用方药情况建立数据库,应用Apriori进行关联分析。结果:提炼出张君教授中医药治疗小儿过敏性紫癜病常用药物20味、药对18对及三联用药6对;通过数据挖掘发现张君教授治疗小儿过敏性紫癜病以清热凉血、补阴、补气药物为主。结论:数据挖掘结果所总结出张君教授临床用药特点与其临床治疗小儿过敏性紫癜过程中所提到的小儿体质特点、小儿过敏性紫癜致病因素特点及小儿疾病转归等特点相一致。

Objective：Through the data mining technology,we analysed the traditional Chinese medication experience and characteristics of pediatric allergic purpura which were done by Professor ZHANG Jun to summarize the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas. Method：We collected the 283 medication cases to children allergic purpura by professor ZHANG Jun to establish the database,and then correlated analysis will be done by Apriori. Results：We calculated out the 20 core herbs,18 herb pairs and 6 herb triples. The involved herbs mainly have the effect of clearing heat and cooling blood,and with invigorating yin and qi. Conclusions：The data mining results summarized that the clinical medication features of pediatric allergic purpura by Professor ZHANG Jun and features which are physical characteristics of children,pathogenic factors characteristics and pediatric diseases prognostic features were consistent.
