中药干预凋亡相关主要蛋白表达而诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究进展

Inducing Malignant Cells Apoptosis through Interferences of Apoptosis Related Proteins by Traditional Chinese Medicines

目前,通过使用药物诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡在恶性肿瘤的治疗过程中日益受到重视,而传统中药抗肿瘤作用机制较为复杂,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡是其不可忽视的机制之一。兹将中药干预肿瘤细胞凋亡相关的主要蛋白而诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的研究做一简要综述。

Recently,it is increasingly emphasized for us to induce the apoptosis of tumor cells through drugs during our treatment of malignant tumors. The anti-cancer mechanisms of traditional Chinese（TCM）medicines are especially complicated. Among all the mechanisms,the speciality of inducing apoptosis of malignant cells plays an important role. This article partly reviewed the related researches which aims at detect the regulation mechanisms of TCM in apoptosis of malignant cells.
