温阳化瘀解毒汤联合达英-35治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效分析

Curative Effect Analysis in Endometriosis by Warming-Yang Dispersing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying Decoction Combined with Diane-35

目的:探讨采用温阳化瘀解毒汤与达英-35联合治疗子宫内膜异位症效果。方法:该次选取子宫内膜异位症术后患者80例,均为我院2012年4月—2014年4月收治,随机分为两组,复方口服避孕药治疗组(对照组)与复方口服避孕药加温阳化瘀解毒汤治疗组(观察组),对比两组效果。结果:观察组痛经率为5%,慢性盆腔痛率为2.5%,性交痛率2.5%,无月经异常发生。对照组分别为45%、15%、15%,无月经异常发生。相较治疗前,对照组生活指标HDL/LDL、HDL/TG,HDL/TC、HDL-C下降更为显著,而CA125作为评估治疗效果指标,两组患者均有下降,但观察组下降幅度更为明显,结果比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。两组不良反应恶心、头痛、乳腺异常、性欲改变与情绪改变比较,观察组要明显优于对照组,比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。随访结果提示患者复发率,观察组明显低于对照组。结论:子宫内膜异位症在应用复方口服避孕药治疗的基础上,取温阳化瘀解毒汤加用,可在一定程度上,降低复发率及不良反应发生率,并对机体内环境影响较小,有较高临床推广价值。

Objective：To study the curative effect analysis in endometriosis by Warming-Yang Dispersing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying Decoction combined with Diane-35. Methods：The 80 cases of postoperative patients with endometriosis collected from April 2012 to April 2014 were randomly divided into two groups：the compound oral contraceptives group（control group）and Warming-Yang Dispersing Blood Stasis and Detoxifying Decoction with compound oral contraceptives group（observation group）,record the comparisons between two groups. Results：The observation group dysmenorrheal rate was 5%,chronic pelvic pain rate was 2.5%,pain during sex rate was 2.5%. The control group was 45%,15%,45%,and also no irregular menstruation occurred. The control group life indicators HDL/LDL,HDL,TG,HDL/TC,HDL-C decreased more significantly by comparison. CA125 as an index for evaluating therapeutic effect decreased in two groups,but the observation group decreased more significantly. The result was statistically difference（P0.05）. Side effects incidence of two groups like nausea,headache,breast abnormalities,libido change and mood changes,it was lower in observation group than in control group,comparison is statistically significant（P0.05）.The recurrence rate of observation group was significantly lower than the control group in follow-up results. Conclusion：The application of compound oral contraceptive therapy with blood detoxification on endometriosis can reduce the recurrence rate and incidence of side effects,and be worth of clinical promotion.
