慢性高血压脑卒中中西医结合分型分期治疗方案应用体会

Typing Scheme Application Experience in the Treatment of Chronic Hypertensive Stroke Stage with Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:探究中西医结合分型分期治疗慢性高血压脑卒中患者的临床价值。方法:选择2013年1月—2015年1月入住我院的慢性高血压脑卒中患者164例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组82例。对照组给予西医分型分期治疗;试验组在西医治疗的基础上给予中医分型分期治疗;观察比较经不同治疗方案后两组患者的Barthel指数、神经功能缺损评分及治疗效果。结果:经治疗后两组患者的Barthel指数均有所升高,试验组患者的Barthel指数高于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。经治疗后两组患者的神经功能缺损评分均有所下降,试验组的神经功能缺损评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者的有效率(91.46%)高于对照组的有效率(81.71%),P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:在临床上对慢性高血压脑卒中进行中西医结合分型分期治疗,可有效提高疗效,提高患者的生活自理能力,降低神经功能缺损评分,改善患者的预后,缓解患者心理负担和经济压力,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床借鉴推广。

Objective：To explore the value of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical typing and staging of chronic hypertension stroke patients. Methods：164 cases of 2013 January to 2015 January in our hospital with chronic hypertension stroke patients,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,each group of 82 cases. The control group was given western medicine treatment;the experimental group was given the staging treatment of TCM on the basis of Western medicine treatment;observation and comparison of the different treatment after two groups of patients with Barthel index,neural function defect score and the treatment effect. Results：The Barthel index were two groups of patients after treatment of the experimental group were increased,Barthel index is higher than that of the control group,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant. After treatment,the neural function defect score of the two groups of patients were decreased,the experimental group of neural function defect score lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Patients in the experimental group efficiency（91.46%）was higher than that of control group（81.71%）,P0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion：in the clinical of chronic hypertension stroke to combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine staging treatment,can effectively improve the curative effect,improve patient self-care ability,reduce neurological function,improve the prognosis of patients,alleviate the psychological burden of patients and economic pressure,improve the quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
