清肝止痒、滋阴法联合清热解毒外洗方对老年阴道炎研究

Liver Itching,Yin Tonifying Method and Qingre Jiedu Wash Outside Decoction for the Study of Senile Vaginitis

目的:探究采用清肝止痒、滋阴法联合清热解毒外洗方对老年阴道炎患者的临床治疗效果、临床症状改善情况以及安全性,为临床提供科学性依据。方法:将我院治疗的老年阴道炎患者140例随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组72例(51.43%),采用传统的保妇康栓药物清洗阴部治疗手段,研究组68例(48.57%),采用清肝止痒、滋阴法内服的基础上联合清热解毒外洗方治疗。在治疗期间禁止性生活,避免受凉受寒,停用其它药物,记录两组患者治疗前后局部症状和中医证候变化情况,测量治疗前后雌二醇、卵泡刺激素、泌乳素、子宫内膜厚度变化、记录药物不良反应及毒副作用等并发症状况。结果:在治疗效果上,对照组患者有效率为77.78%(56/72),研究组患者有效率为94.12%(64/68),存在显著差异(χ2=7.625,P=0.006<0.01);在症状改善方面,局部症状上,对照组患者显效率为79.17%(57/72),研究组患者显效率为92.65%(63/68),存在差异(χ2=5.190,P=0.023<0.05),在中医证候上,对照组患者显效率为76.39%(55/72),研究组患者显效率为91.18%(62/68),存在差异(χ2=5.570,P=0.018<0.05);在雌二醇、卵泡生成素、泌乳素和子宫内膜厚度上,两组患者治疗前后无变化(P>0.05),治疗后也无差异(P>0.05);在临床实验期间,两组患者均未出现药物不良反应及毒副作用。结论:采用清肝止痒、滋阴法联合清热解毒外洗方对老年阴道炎效果显著,可以改善临床症状,且对体内激素水平、子宫内膜厚度无影响,无不良反应,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the liver itching,Yin tonifying method and Qingre Jiedu Wash Outside Decoction for the clinical therapeutic effect of patients with senile vaginitis,clinical symptoms improved and safety,provide scientific basis for clinical. Methods：Our hospital treatment of 140 patients with senile vaginitis were randomly divided into control group and research group,control group 72 cases（51.43%）,adopt traditional Baofukang Shuan washing privates of drug treatment,research group,68 cases（48.57%）,liver itching,Yin tonifying method internal and on the basis of the combined treatment qingrejiedu wash outside the party. Prohibit sex during the treatment,avoid catching cold,stop using other drugs,records in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with local symptoms and changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,measured before and after treatment estradiol,follicle-stimulating hormone,prolactin,and endometrial thickness change and record adverse drug reactions and complications such as side effects. Results：On the treatment effect,the control group patients effective rate was 77.78%（56/72）,effective rate was 94.12%（64/68）,group patients exist significant differences（χ2=7.625,P=0.0060.01）;in terms of symptom improvement,local symptoms,control group patients show efficiency was 79.17%（57/72）,group patients show efficiency was 92.65%（63/68）,there are differences（χ2=5.190,P=0.0230.05）,on the traditional Chinese medicine symptom,control group patients with significant efficiency was 76.39%（55/72）,group show efficiency was 91.18%（62/68）patients,there are differences（χ2=5.570,P=0.0180.05）;In estradiol,follicular hormone,prolactin and endometrial thickness,no change before and after treatment in both groups（P0.05）,after treatment had no difference（P0.05）;during the clinical trials,two groups of patients were not present adverse drug reactions and side effects. Conclusion：Qingre Jiedu Wash Outside Decoction and liver itching,Yin tonifying method that for senile vaginitis effect significantly,can improve the clinical symptoms,and hormone level,endometrial thickness has no effect,no adverse reactions,worthy of clinical promotion.
