艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Addie Injection Combined with GP Regimen in the Treatment of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的:探析艾迪注射液联合GP方案治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床治疗效果。方法:抽取50例非小细胞肺癌患者,均是我院2013年1月—2015年6月治疗的患者,分为两组,分别给予GP方案与艾迪注射液联合GP方案进行治疗,观察与对比分析两组患者的临床疗效。结果:观察组患者的临床治疗总有效率是84%,对照组是56%,差异性显著,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活改善率是60%,对照组患者是32%,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率是12%,对照组患者是28%,差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论:艾迪注射液联合GP方案在非小细胞肺癌临床治疗中的应用,极大的改善患者生活质量,提高临床疗效,延长患者生存期,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective：To explore addie injection combined GP scheme,clinical treatment effect for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. Methods：Extraction of 50 patients with non-small cell lung cancer,is the hospital in January 2013—June 2015 treatment,divided into two groups,respectively give GP solutions with eddy injection combined GP treatment,observation and analysis of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results：The observation group of patients with clinical total effective rate was 84%,the control group was 56%,the difference significant,there is statistical significance（P0.05）. Observation group of patients life period is 60%,the control group patients was 32%,there is statistical significance（P0.05）. Observation group of patients the incidence of adverse reactions was 12%,control group patients was 28%,significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion：Addie injection combined GP scheme in the application of the clinical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer,greatly improve the patients quality of life,improve the clinical curative effect,prolonging survival period,reduce the patients pain.
