护理干预对提高哮喘儿童治疗依从性效果评价

Nursing Intervention to Improve the Effect of Treatment Adherence of Asthma in Children

目的:探讨护理干预对提高哮喘儿童药物治疗依从性的效果,为临床采取有效护理提供参考依据。方法:选取我院儿科收治的哮喘患者92例,随机分为两组,其中对照组46例,遵照医嘱给予常规用药指导和常规住院护理;实验组46例,在常规用药指导和护理的基础上,根据儿童具体情况针对性的给予护理干预。随访6个月,对比两组服药依从性、发作次数、急诊次数和住院次数。结果:(1)6个月后,实验组患儿用药依从性(95.65%)明显高于对照组(52.17%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)6个月后两组患者哮喘症状均有改善,且实验组有效率(89.13%)明显高于对照组(71.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)实验组发作次数、急诊次数和住院次数较对照组明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预能够明显提高哮喘儿童药物治疗依从性,提高临床治疗疗效,减少哮喘发作次数和就诊次数,提高患儿生活质量,对临床具有指导意义,值得临床推广。

Objective：To explore the nursing intervention to improve the effect of children asthma medication adherence,provide reference for clinical take effective care. Methods：Selection of 92 cases of asthma patients admitted in our hospital pediatric,randomly divided into two groups,control group,46 cases of follow the doctor＇s advice to give general guidelines and conventional hospital nursing;the experimental group,46 cases on the basis of conventional medication guide and care,targeted to give nursing intervention on the basis of the condition of the children. Were followed up for 6 months,compared two groups of medication adherence,attack times,emergency number and the number of hospital. Results：（1）After six months,the experimental group with medication compliance（95.65%）was obviously higher than the control group（52.17%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;（2）6 months after the two groups of patients with asthma symptoms were improved,and the experimental group efficiency（89.13%）is significantly higher than control group（71.74%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.（3）Attack frequency of the experimental group,emergency number and the number of hospitalization was significantly decreased,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion：Nursing intervention can significantly improve children asthma medication compliance,improve the clinical curative effect,reduce the number of asthma attacks and the number of visits,improve the quality of life,children to give a guidance of clinical,worth clinical promotion.
