中西医结合护理在股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病患者中应用

Combine Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Nursing in the Application of the Femoral Neck Fracture Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的：观察中西医结合的护理方法在股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病患者中实施的疗效。方法：筛选30例股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病患者,其中女13例,男17例,年龄53~69岁,平均年龄63.41岁。应用中西医结合的护理方法进行调护,观察护理效果。结果：患者能够配合治疗、护理,依从性良好。血糖控制比较理想的27例,有效率90%。结论：中西医结合护理在股骨颈骨折合并糖尿病患者中的应用疗效确切,具有简便廉等优点,能较好地改善患者的健康状况,无护理并发症发生。

Objective：Observation of combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing methods in the femoral neck fracture implementing the curative effect in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods：Screening of 30 cases of femoral neck fractures in patients with diabetes mellitus,women 13 people,17 men,aged 53~69,the average age of 63.41 or so. Application of combination of Chinese and western medicine nursing methods for regulating,the nursing effect. Results：Patients can cooperate with treatment,care,good adherence. 27 people of ideal blood sugar control,and efficient 90%. Conclusion：Combine traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing in femoral neck fracture curative effect is the application of the patients with diabetes mellitus,has the advantages of simple and cheap,can improve the health of patients,no nursing complications.
