从知识产权相关法律的用词看社会档案意识

档案与法律在现实生活中密切相关,档案凭借自身原始记录性在法律领域有着不可替代的优势地位,法律的日趋完善为档案事业的发展保驾护航,但即使在用词严谨、准确的法律中,"档案"相关词汇使用的准确度仍不尽如人意,由此折射出整个社会的档案意识亟待提高,本文以知识产权相关法律为例,分析知识产权相关法律中与"档案"相关词汇使用的准确性。

Archives and laws are closely related in real life. Archives hold an irreplaceably dominant position in laws with its original records, and the development of laws protects the development of archives. However, even in laws, which use words rigorously and accurately, the accuracy of using words related to archives is still not satisfactory, thus it reflects the social archive consciousness needs to be improved. Taking the laws related to intellectual property as example, this paper analyzes the accuracy of using words of archives in laws related to intellectual property.
