LTE国际漫游来访服务策略研究

摘要 深入研究了LTE国际漫游来访服务策略,一方面通过联合境外运营商绑定对等网络,实现深港两地漫游用户过境时的无缝切换,改善用户漫游感知;另一方面在口岸区域部署基于多网号的LTE漫游来访选网方案,提升国际漫游用户选网的概率。方案实施后,过境用户脱网时间由90s缩短至5.96s,减少93.4%,国际来访用户选网次数提升242%,效果显著。 The LTE international roaming service strategy was researched in depth. On one hand, to ally overseas operators and bind equivalent Public Land Mobile Network(PLMN) can realize seamless handover for users roaming between Shenzhen and Hongkong and improve roaming perception. On the other hand, to deploy LTE international roaming user network selection based on multi-PLMN in port areas can improve the probability of network selection for users. After implementation of the scheme, the average no service time of transit users reduced to 5.96 s from 90 s, while network selection number of international roaming users increased by 242%.
