中西医结合治疗伊立替康所致迟发性腹泻的精细护理

Fine care of patients with delayed diarrhea caused by Irinotecan treated with integrative medicine

[目的]探讨中西医结合治疗伊立替康所致迟发性腹泻的效果及精细护理措施。[方法]将60例病人按照随机数字表分为实验组和对照组,实验组给药前1d口服加味黄芩汤,对照组常规治疗,观察腹泻发生率及程度,骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、食欲减退等不良反应的发生率。[结果]实验组迟发性腹泻发生率为26.67%,对照组为53.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);实验组与对照组比较恶心呕吐的发生率明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]伊立替康所致严重腹泻的病人应及早给予中西医结合治疗,精细护理能有效提高病人的治疗效果,提高病人的生活质量。

Objective：To probe into the effect and fine nursing measures of fine care of patients with delayed diarrhea caused by Irinotecan treated with integrative medicine.Methods：A total of 60 patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table.The patients in experimental group had oral modified Huang Qintang on1 dbefore they were given the medicine,while the patients in control group were given the conventional treatment,then to observe the incidence and degree of diarrhea,the incidence of adverse reactions such as bone marrow suppression,nausea and vomiting,anorexia,etc.Results：The incidence of delayed diarrhea in experimental group was 26.67%,while that in control group was 53.33%,the difference between two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The incidence of nausea and vomiting in experimental group was significantly lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The patients who suffered from severe diarrhea caused by Irinotecan should be early treated by integration of TCM and western medicine,and the fine care could effectively improve the patients＇ treatment effect and the quality of life.
