目的:在大数据时代为医疗质量控制管理工作搭建信息化平台,提升医院医疗质量管理水平。方法:整合医院HIS和电子病历、院感、合理用药等信息系统数据,设置医疗质量智能审核标准,建立全新的基于医院HIS系统的大数据分析、统计的全面实时质量控制、管理、评价模式。结果:医疗质量控制管理系统将传统的终末环节质量管理转为全面实时质量管理模式,实现了医疗质量管理的实时化、科学化、规范化。结论:医疗质量控制管理系统的设计与应用全面提升了医院医疗质量管理的工作效率,使医院数字化建设再上一个台阶,使信息真正成为管理者决策支持的依据。

Objective：Build the information platform for medical quality control in the big data era,and improve the management level of hospital medical quality. Methods： Set up a new data analysis,statistical analysis,comprehensive real-time quality control,management,evaluation model based on the HIS system by integrating the data of HIS system and electronic medical records,hospital infection,rational drug use and other information system,and establishing a medical quality intelligent audit standard. Results： The medical quality control management system end the traditional terminal link quality management into a comprehensive real-time quality management mode,realize the medical quality management of real-time,scientific,standardized,standardized. Conclusion： The design and application of medical quality control management system has improved the work efficiency of hospital medical quality management,and made the hospital digital construction to a level,so that the information is the basis of decision support.
