摘要
突发公共卫生事件严重危害社会,为尽可能减小它们所造成的危害,在救灾现场进行远程影像交互、远程诊疗、远程护理等医疗活动尤其重要。面向现场应急救援设计一种便携式三屏一体应急救援远程会诊系统,系统运用先进的视频压缩技术和影像图像处理技术,采用可折叠的三个屏幕面板,同时支持各类有线/无线通信接口。该系统集医学、计算机技术和通讯技术于一体,对于提高我国现场处置各类灾害能力,加快减灾体系构建的进程具有重要意义。
The public health disaster is dangerous to the society,in order to minimize their harm they caused as soon as possible,remote video interacting,telemedicine,telenursing,and other medical activities are especially important. A telemedicine system is designed and realized based on site rescue. The advanced video compression and video image processing technology are used in this system,and use three folding screen panel to design a portable three-screen emergency rescue teleconsultation system,the system also support a variety of wired/wireless communication interface. This system combines medical,computer technology and communication technology. It is meaningful to improve our ability to deal with all types of disasters,and accelerate the process of relief system.
