Design of Software for Self-Management of Patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease

按照炎症性肠病的疾病特征,设计患者自我管理软件,分为健康教育、我的病历、提醒、虚拟社区和数据中心等模块。软件基于云平台,支持智能手机、平板电脑、普通电脑等终端应用。主要特色为基于知识库和医疗团队的临床决策支持;标准化、规范化的病情监测记录,包括饮食日记、心理压力、疾病活动指数等;建立患者、医生、护士等人群信息共享的生态圈,是炎症性肠病患者健康大数据的基础。炎症性肠病患者自我管理软件的应用,可为临床慢病自我管理提供借鉴和参考。

According to the disease characteristics,we designed a self-management software for patients with inflammatory bowel disease,which included five modules： health education,my medical record,reminder,virtual community and data center. Based on cloud platform,this software can support many terminal applications such as smartphones,tablets and computers. The main characteristics of this software included： clinical decision support based on knowledge base and medical teams; standardized and normalized monitoring and recording of patient conditions such as diet diaries,psychological stress and disease activity index; building an ecosphere for patients,physicians and nurses for sharing information,and being the base for a large health data of inflammatory bowel disease patients. The application of this self-management software can provide references for clinical chronic disease self management.
