医保患者诊疗自助服务模式的创新与实践 被引量:2

摘要 为解决目前大型医院普遍存在的"三长一短"顽疾,提高运作效率,改善患者就诊体验,依托于现有就诊业务流程,结合HIS、银行结算系统等建设的自助服务平台应运而生。自助服务平台实现了患者、银行和医疗机构间的良好沟通,同时开创了新型医疗服务模式。重点介绍了这一新型模式下使用医保缴费应该注意的问题以及自助服务就诊流程。自助服务平台可以减少发卡、划价、缴费等非有效医疗时间,同时大大减轻医院窗口负担,是提升医院医疗服务效率、方便患者就诊的重要手段。 In order to solve comprehensive hospitals' widespread "three long and one short" problem,improve operational efficiency and patient experience,self-service platform system construction relying on the existing treatment process,combining the HIS system with the banking clearing system came into being. Self service platform has achieved a good communication between bank,medical institutions and the patients and created a new mode of medical service. This paper mainly tells the problems that should be paid attention when patients use the health insurance for payment and self-service treatment process. The self-help service platform can shorten the non effective treatment time such as the issuing,pricing,payment,and greatly reduce the burden of the hospital window,which is the most important means to enhance the efficiency of hospital medical services and to facilitate patient treatment.
