乳腺癌患者术后1年复查现况调查

A survey of check-ups one year after operation among breast cancer patients

目的了解乳腺癌患者术后1年内复查现状,探讨影响患者复查率的因素。方法对302例乳腺癌手术患者,以自行设计的调查表,采用电话随访、查询医院门诊记录与住院记录等方式调查患者术后1年的复查情况,并分析其影响因素。结果268例(88.14%)患者术后1年内回医院复查至少1次,按时首次复查率60.33%(184/302),按时完成3次复查患者仅67例(22.18%)。患者的年龄、职业、居住地是影响其首次复查率的因素。未按时复查的主要原因是:患者不了解复查的重要性及意义;患者不重视,认为复查无所谓,存在侥幸心理;治疗结束后医生未明确告知复查方案和时间。结论乳腺癌患者术后1年复查率较低,影响首次复查率的因素是患者的年龄、职业与居住地。医护人员需加强对乳腺癌术后患者复查重要性的教育,改善患者对复查的态度,建立乳腺癌患者术后复查随访系统,规范复查随访工作,以早期发现乳腺癌复发或转移,避免延误患者病情。

Objective To investigate check-ups one year after operation among patients with breast cancer and the influencing factors.Methods A total of 302 patients who received breast surgery was investigated using a self-made questionnaire,combined with telephone follow-up and checking clinical and hospitalization records.The reexamination rate one year postoperatively was calculated and the influencing factors were analyzed.Results Among all the patients,268（88.14%）had completed at least one check-up within one year after their operation,184（60.33%）patients did their first postoperative check-up at the due time and only 67（22.18%）finished 3postoperative check-ups as required.The factors influencing patients′first reexamination rate were their age,jobs and places of residence.Patients failed to do postoperative check-up mainly due to little knowledge of its importance and significance,followed by contempt for follow-up programs and not being informed of their reexamination plans and schedules by their doctors at discharge.Conclusion The reexamination rate one year postoperatively in patients with breast cancer is low,and the influencing factors are the patient′s ages,occupations and places of residence.Medical staff need to raise the consciousness of breast cancer patients about the importance of postoperative reexamination,and build up follow-up system for these patients,so as to detect breast cancer recurrence or metastasis earlier and avoid delaying of patients′diseases.
