巴塞罗那临床B期和C期肝癌患者肝切除术的护理

Perioperative nursing of hepatectomy patients with Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer B or C stage disease

目的总结巴塞罗那临床B期和C期肝癌患者肝切除术围手术期的护理经验。方法对384例巴塞罗那临床B期和C期肝癌患者行肝切除术,术前加强心理护理、病情评估,针对性地选择药物清洁灌肠;术后密切观察病情变化,加强管道护理、疼痛护理,积极做好肝功能衰竭、腹腔内出血等并发症的护理。结果患者均顺利完成手术,术后均有发热和腹痛,术后发生肝功能衰竭38例。死亡3例,其余患者经积极治疗和护理后康复。结论结合巴塞罗那临床B期和C期肝癌患者的特点,实施有针对性的围手术期护理,有助于患者平稳渡过手术,减少术后并发症,促进患者康复。

Objective To report the perioperative nursing of hepatectomy patients with Barcelona Clinic Liver Cancer（BCLC）B or C stage disease.Methods A total of 384 patients with BCLC B or C were reviewed.They were provided with preoperative mental nursing,disease assessment and targeted cleansing enema with drugs.After the operation,they were closely observed to prevent complications such as liver failure and intraperitoneal hemorrhage,strengthened pain nursing.Results All operations were successfully carried out.Postoperative complications including fever and stomachache were observed in all patients,and postoperative liver failure was found in 38 patients.Except 3deaths,all the other patients recovered after active treatment and nursing care.Conclusion Targeted perioperative nursing according to the characteristics of patients with BCLC B or C can help patients go through their operations smoothly and steadily and reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,promoting their recovery.
