The influence of exercises on glaucoma patients:a systematic review

摘要 目的系统评价运动锻炼对青光眼患者的影响。方法以glaucoma、exercise、青光眼、日常活动等检索词计算机检索Pubmed、EMbase、Cochrane图书馆、JBI循证护理中心图书馆、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普中文科技期刊全文数据库的文献(检索时间均从建库至2015年3月)。收集所有讨论运动锻炼对青光眼患者影响的随机对照试验、半随机对照试验、病例对照试验、队列研究等。由2名研究员按照文献纳入和排除标准进行文献筛选和提取资料,使用RevMan5.1软件进行Meta分析或仅进行描述性分析。结果共纳入2项随机对照试验、1项类实验研究、5项队列研究,总样本共874只眼。Meta分析结果显示,运动锻炼能有效降低青光眼患者眼压(P<0.01),同时可有效降低收缩压(P<0.05)。运动强度的大小对眼压有显著影响(P<0.01)。结论规律、有效且强度适宜的运动锻炼可降低青光眼患者的眼压、收缩压,预防和减少并发症的发生,从而提高患者远期生存质量。 Objective To evaluate the influence of exercises on glaucoma patients.Methods The databases of Pubmed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,JBI library and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,Chinese Knowledge Infrastructure and VIP China Science and Technology Journal Database were searched for randomized controlled trials,quasi-experiment studies case-control studies and cohort studies about the effect of exercises on glaucoma patients.The studies found were screened and evaluated by two reviewers according to the Cochrane handbook 5.0and JBI handbook,and meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan5.1.Results Two randomized controlled trials,one quasi-experiment study and five cohort studies were included,covering 874 eyes.Meta-analysis showed that exercises reduced the ocular tension(P〈0.01)and systolic pressure(P〈0.05)of patients effectively.Moreover,significant differences were observed in the reduction of ocular pressure among patients with different exercise intensity(P〈0.01).Conclusion Regular,effective and moderate exercises play an important role in reducing the ocular and systolic pressure,incidents of complications,so as to improve the quality of life among glaucoma patients.
