高职实习基地管理模式创新研究

Research on the Management Mode and Innovation of Practice base in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文主要针对当前高职实习基地具体情况展开了探讨。从而对基地的建设内容和意义进行了具体研究分析。同时阐述了该基地在有关管理模式方面所做出的创新,即以就业为主要导向,将平时实习和集中实习进行有效的整合,采用定性和定量相结合的方式对实习效果进行评价。

This paper mainly discusses the present situation of the practice base in current vocational colleges,and analyzes the content and significance of the construction of the base. At the same time,this paper expounds the innovation of the base in the relevant management mode,integrate the practice in college and the practice in base,evaluate the affection of the practice performance by qualitative and quantitative methods.
