我国高校学生管理过程当中的法律问题探讨

Discussion on the Legal Issues Relating to Management of University Students in China

随着我国高校教育事业的不断发展,高校学生的法治意识得到了很大程度的提升,但随之而来学生状告高校的事情也层出不穷,这在一定程度上反映出了高校法治管理的缺失,否则如此之多的状告事件便不会发生。当前,我国高校必须要加强自身的法治建设,以法治思想、法治手段来对学生进行管理,在保障学生合法权益的同时,确保高校自身的健康和谐发展。本文首先分析了我国高校在学生管理过程当中所存在的法律问题,然后主要就如何从法律途径完善高校学生管理提出了部分探讨性意见,以期能对高校事业的健康和谐发展起到促进作用。

With the continued development of our country＇s university education business,the legal consciousness of university student has been improved to a greater extent. However the number of law suits brought by the university students against the university is accordingly growing up fast. And,to some extent,this indicates the lack of legal management by the university.Otherwise lots of law suits would not have taken place. At current stage,universities in our country should enhance its own legal construction,manage students by legal sense and legal measures,make sure its own healthy and harmonious development as well as guarantee the lawful rights of the students. This article first analyses the legal issues lying in the process of management of students by universities in our country,and then focuses on raising some opinions for discussion regarding how to improve the management of university students by legal means,with a hope to improve the healthy and harmonious development of the university business.
