摘要
研究创业自我效能感、创业意向的关系旨在提升警校大学生职业素养与创新能力,并有针对性地开展警校大学生职业生涯规划和就业指导工作。本文采用创业意向调查表、大学生创业自我效能感量表、个人基本情况调查表对河南警察学院125名大学生进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。通过多角度研究分析发现,不同性别、不同学历、父母有否企业、自己曾有否企业、是否独生子女、不同专业、不同年级、不同家庭经济状况上均存在非常显著差异,创业自我效能感与创业意向呈显著正相关,这与相关研究一致。
The objective to study the relationship between the entrepreneurial self- efficacy sense and entrepreneurial intention is to enhance the police college students＇ professional quality and innovation ability,and to to carry out police officer college students career planning and employment guidance. In this paper,the author uses the intention to investigate,the students＇ entrepreneurial self- efficacy scale and the personal basic situation questionnaire to investigate 125 college students from Henan Police Academy,and the results were statistically analyzed. From the results,it was found that there were significant differences in different gender,different academic degree,whether they had the only child or not,different professional,different grades and family economic status,which is in accordance with the research.
