应用型旅游本科KAQ人才培养模式研究

Research on KAQ Talent Training Pattern of Applied Tourism Undergraduate

国内很多旅游高等院校都在探索人才培养模式,但目前,应用型旅游本科人才培养现状仍存在培养模式缺乏创新性,特色不鲜明;旅游与其他专业知识结合的渗透性不强;人才培养重理论轻实践;偏重经济理念的树立,忽视旅游的"人文教育"等问题。针对此,提出KAQ旅游人才培养模式,从明确人才培养目标、提高师资力量、优化专业课程设置、丰富实践教学、加强人文教育和改革评价体系等方面来提升学生的知识、能力和素质,以培养适应时代新发展的高质量旅游人才。

Many domestic tourism colleges are exploring tourism talents training pattern. But at present,the talents training situation of applied tourism undergraduate still lacks innovative training model,features are not distinctive; tourism and other expertise combined penetration is not strong; emphasis in personnel training theory,contempt for practice; emphasis on the economic philosophy of the set,neglect tourism of ＂ humanistic education＂ and other issues. For this,we put forward KAQ tourism talents training pattern from clear training objectives to improve faculty and optimize professional curriculum,practical teaching,strengthen the humanities education and evaluation system reform to enhance the students＇ knowledge,ability and quality to train the high- quality tourism talents to adapt to the development of new era.
