随着高校就业形势的发展,近年来高校毕业生流动党员数量相应增加,流动性逐年增强。高校毕业生流动党员队伍庞大、分散性强的特点,使教育管理服务工作成本大大提高,而在实际工作者毕业生流动党员的管理效率却相应降低。党十八大明确指出"要加大党建工作力度,扩大党组织和党的工作覆盖面"、"改进对流动党员的教育、管理、服务",这就决定了进一步深入细致地进行新形势下高校毕业生流动党员管理工作的研究势在必行。

With the development of the university＇s employment situation,in recent years,the number of college graduates in the number of mobile party members is increased,and the liquidity has been increased year by year. The characteristics of large and high dispersion of college graduates,so that the cost of education management services is greatly improved,and the management efficiency of the graduates of the actual workers is reduced correspondingly. The 18 th National Party Congress clearly pointed out that ＂ to increase the intensity of the work of Party building and expand the coverage of the party organizations and Party＇s work＂,it is necessary to ＂ improve mobile party members education,management,service,which determines the further in- depth and meticulous to under the new situation of college graduates management of the mobile CCP members study.
