新公共管理影响下的我国绩效审计

Performance Audit in Our Country under the Influence of the New Public Management

我国政府部门绩效管理已经具有一定的探索经验,当前最为重要的是要构建健全的的绩效评价指标体系和标准体系,综合分析与科学量化各种指标数据。新公共管理下的绩效审计对我国绩效审计产生了一定的影响,为我国绩效管理营造了良好的管理环境。但是当前,我国绩效管理还存有一部分问题,为此,需要针对出现的问题,制定有关我国绩效管理方面的对策。文章主要论述了新公共管理下我国绩效管理存在的问题及有关应对策略。

The government performance management in our country has already a certain exploration experience,currently the most important is to build a sound performance evaluation index system and standard system,comprehensive analysis and scientific quantitative indicators data. Performance audit has a certain influence on performance audit in our country under the new public management,has created a good management environment for performance management in our country. But at present,performance management still have part of the problem in our country,therefore,need to be aimed at the problems,countermeasures for performance management in our country. The paper mainly discusses the problem of performance management in our country under the new public management and relevant strategies.
