The Construction of Police Network Performance Index System in the Mode of Multidimensional Evaluation

作为对信息时代社会治理需求的回应,网络的逻辑在于通过协作处理跨越组织边界的问题,并获取网络绩效以实现治理的有效性。网络结构影响网络绩效,网络绩效是网络运行的实际效果,通过不同的网络结构要素造成的警务网络绩效差异分析,提出我国警务网络应以合作型模式进行建构,并在此基础上构建多维度的警务网络绩效评价体系,实现网络绩效的最优化。

As a response to the demand of social governance in the information age,the logic of network is to deal with the problems across organizational boundaries by collaborating and getting network performance to achieve the effectiveness of governance. Network structure affects network performance,which is the actual result of network running. It proposed the construction of police network should be carried out in the cooperative mode according to the analysis that police network performance differences caused by different network elements. It will construct multi- dimensional performance evaluation system of police network to achieve the optimization of network performance.
