特殊文化背景下对“凶宅”交易纠纷相关问题的调查报告——以山西省晋北地区为例

Investigation Report on the Related Issues on the Transactions Disputes of "Haunted Houses" under the Special Cultural Background——a Case Study of the North Region of Shanxi Province

我国的"凶宅"交易纠纷由来已久,近几年,由于房价的一路飙升,许多购房者选择购买二手房,因为二手房相对来讲要便宜。二手房买卖给我们的生活带来巨大的便利,但同时也产生了各种问题。"凶宅"的交易纠纷就是其中一个很重要的方面。本文以中国这样一个特殊文化的国度为背景,对这一纠纷的相关问题展开调研。以期以实际的调研数据,找出目前"凶宅"交易纠纷的规制途径,为《中华人民共和国合同法》的完善提供实践支持。

＂ Haunted houses＂ trade disputes have had a long history in China in recent years due to the soaring house prices.Many property buyers choose to buy second- hand housing because the secondary housing is relatively cheaper. The sale of second- hand housing to our life has brought great convenience,but also produced a variety of problems. ＂ Haunted houses＂ trade dispute is one of the important aspects. In this paper,a special culture of China as the background,we can start research on the relevant issues of the dispute. With a view to the actual research data,we can find out the regulatory pathway of the transactions disputes of ＂ haunted houses＂ and provide practical support for the perfection of ＂ The Contract Law of People＇s Republic of China＂.
