壮族及傣族饮茶习俗探讨

Discussion on the Tea Drinking Customs of Zhuang and Dai Nationality

饮食文化是我国悠久历史文化中的重要组成部分,而饮茶习俗在饮食文化中又占有极其重要的作用。从我国"茶的祖国"之称便可发现,茶文化史在我国的传承极为久远,是茶文化的起源地。然而现行关于茶文化研究中多集中在汉族茶文化方面,忽视茶文化形成中少数民族做出的贡献。对此,本文将从壮族与傣族两个少数民族出发,对其饮茶习俗进行探析,并将云南少数民族茶文化整体特征做出总结,提出少数民族茶文化发展的相关建议。

Diet culture is an important part of long history culture in China and tea customs in the diet culture occupy an extremely important role. From the title of ＂ tea of the motherland,＂ it can be found that tea culture heritage in our country is very long and is the birthplace of tea culture. However the current study of Chinese tea culture focused on the tea culture of han nationality and ignored the national minority＇s contribution in the formation of tea culture. To this,this paper will set out from two minorities of zhuang and dai nationality,make analysis to the tea drinking customs and will make a summary of tea culture of yunnan minority as a whole characteristic. It puts forward relevant suggestions on the development of tea culture of ethnic minority.
