摘要病例女，35岁，因发现右侧乳腺胸壁肿块半月余在外院经抗炎、镇痛支持治疗无效来我院就诊。自述抬高上肢时感到胸壁疼痛，皮肤有压迫感。皮肤科检查：左侧胸壁可见条索状肿物，突出于皮面，皮肤表面呈串珠样改变。触诊：右侧胸壁触及一条索状肿物，有触痛，
