摘要
针对某难选金矿金品位为2.93 g/t,磨浮过程泥化较严重,并且主要载金矿物为黄铁矿和毒砂的特点,采用调整剂Na2CO3用量为3000 g/t,抑制剂水玻璃用量为1500 g/t,活化剂硫酸铜用量为250 g/t,用丁基黄药和丁铵黑药以1∶1组合作捕收剂,经过两粗两扫三精闭路浮选流程试验,获得了含金品位38.4 g/t、回收率为84.73%的金精矿,取得了较好的选矿效果。
The research on a refractory gold ore containing 2. 93 g / t gold,with arsenopyrite and pyrite as the major gold bearing minerals and serious sliming in grinding-flotation,was carried out. In the experiments,3000 g / t Na2CO3 as the regulator,1500 g / t Na2 Si O3as the depressor,250 g / t Cu SO4 as the activator,and butyl xanthate and butylamine dithiophosphate with the dosage of 1 ∶ 1 as the collectors were adopted. Through a closed-circuit flotation process with two desliming,two roughing,and three scavenging stages,good results were achieved with a gold concentrate with gold grade of 38. 4g / t and gold recovery of 84. 73%.
