摘要
云南怒江地区某难选铜铁矿有用矿物嵌布粒度细、铜品位低(仅0.54%)、氧化率高(达59.26%)、结合氧化铜含量高(占37.04%);原矿铁品位为49.87%,其中,弱磁性赤褐铁矿占99.35%,属于高氧化率、高结合率的复杂难选铜铁矿。针对该矿特点,对易浮硫化铜矿物进行了浮选研究,重点进行了调整剂、活化剂和捕收剂的种类及用量的研究;通过大量的调优试验,最终确定采用"浮选-强磁选"联合工艺流程,可获得铜精矿品位23.37%、回收率49.45%;铁精矿品位53.15%,回收率90.92%的技术指标,为该类铜铁矿资源开发利用提供了基础依据。
The delafossite ore in Nujiang Yunnan has the characteristics of fine disseminated grain size,low-grade copper( just only 0. 54%),high oxidation rate( up to 59. 26%) and high content of combined copper oxide( as high as 37. 04%). For that reason this ore belongs to complicated copper ore with high oxidation rate and associative property. The iron grade of raw ore is 49. 87% and ferromagnetic magnetite 99. 35%. Directed at these properties,the copper sulfide flotation is studied and the regulators,activating agents and collectors in the copper oxide flotation are discussed in view of the copper oxide characteristics. The flowsheet of flotation-magnetic separation of recycling delafossite is confirmed ultimately by the series of above-mentioned tests. At last,the copper concentrate with the grade of 23. 37% and the recovery of 49. 95% was obtained and the iron concentrate with the grade of 53. 15% and the recovery of 90. 92%,which provides the base for the kind of copper ores.
