亚铁氰化钾乙酸锌净化-离子色谱法检测转基因大豆的草甘膦残留 被引量:6

Determination of Glyphosate Residues in Transgenic Soybean by Ion Chromatography after Purifying Using Potassium Ferrocyanide-Zinc Acetate

摘要 [目的]建立离子色谱法测定转基因大豆中草甘膦残留量的方法。[方法]采用沉淀法对大豆样品进行前处理,并用离子色谱法测定净化后大豆样品中草甘膦含量。[结果]采用亚铁氰化钾-乙酸锌沉淀法对大豆样品进行的蛋白质沉淀净化效果优于乙腈沉淀法。经逐级纯化,取净化液进行离子色谱分析。结果表明:样品加标回收率在85.2%~94.0%之间,最低检出限为0.015 mg/L,草甘膦标准曲线的线性相关系数为0.999。[结论]该方法净化处理效果好,准确度和精密度高,检出限低,适于转基因大豆中草甘膦的定性定量分析。 [Aims] A method for determination of glyphosate residues in transgenic soybean by ion chromatography was established. [Methods] The transgenic soybean samples were pre-treated by precipitation method, and then the residues of glyphosate in transgenic soybean were determined by ion chromatography. [Results] The purification effects for samples used zinc acetate-potassium ferrocyanide were better than acetonitrile. After purification, the purification solution was analyzed by ion chromatography. The results showed that the recoveries were 85.2-94.0%, the limit of quantitation was 0.015 mg/L, the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999. [Conclusions] The results indicated that the method has achieved great purifying effects, also has advantages of high accuracy, high precision and low limit of detection, which is suitable for the analysis of glyphosate in transgenic soybean.
