摘要
针对传统LNG低温保冷材料大多选用硬质PIR或PUR,但使用寿命不长,保冷结构繁琐且施工操作复杂的情况,本文提出一种由两类合成橡胶和高分子弹性体材料发泡而成的新型柔性低温保冷材料,经对比分析,证明该材料在保证良好保冷效果及施工简单快捷,导热系数稳定,使用寿命长等优势。
Rigid PIR or PUR are chosen as the low temperature cold insulation material for most of the conventional LNG projects,but the service life is not long, with complicated structures and complex construction and operation. This paper proposes a new flexible low temperature cold insulation material,which is produced by two kinds of synthetic rubber and polymer elastomer material foaming by comparative analysis to prove that the material not only can ensure good cold insulation effect but also has the obvious advantages of simple and quick construction, stable thermal conductivity, long service life etc., which has good market prospects.
