Under the background of electrical energy alternative,there are phenomenon of wind and light abandoned seriously in Gansu Province. That causes the waste of resources. In order to promote the new energy,the implementation of ＂coal to electricity generation,oil to electricity generation and gas to electricity generation＂ can solve the problem. This paper analyzes the structure,characteristics,the trend of using energy and cleares the potential users of electrical energy alternative,which provides the basis for the implementation of electrical energy alternative.
