摘要
文章主要针对用户的互联网业务真实体验的评价方法展开研究,旨在为从感官方面评价业务体验提供理论基础。首先,文中研究了体验指标的大类划分,并指出了各类体验指标评分函数应满足的基本特征;其次,对函数拟合和函数求解的参数确定方法进行了对比;然后,文章针对指数、对数、倒数、幂(大于1与小于1)和多项式函数的MOS评分进行了对比分析;最后,综合的给出了函数选取的建议,以及函数参数求解方法的建议。
This paper aims at the evaluation method for the Internet user's service experience, which will provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of service experience from the sensory side. Firstly, this paper studies the classification of experience indexes, and points out the basic characteristics of the evaluation functions for each kind of experience index; secondly, the way of function fitting and function solving are compared; and then, it compares the effects of exponential, logarithmic, reciprocal,power(larger than 1 and lower than 1) and polynomial evaluation functions for MOS evaluation; finally, this paper gives some practical suggestions on function selection and parameters solution.
