摘要
为了掌握桥梁在转体过程中球铰内部受力状态,优化转动球铰的参数设计,根据声发射技术的特点,提出转体过程声发射技术的基本思路和方法,设计声发射装置和传感器布置方案。通过监测信号频率分析,评价转动球铰内部是否出现异常情况。结果表明,基于各向量组相识程度MAC取值的异常判别准则,认为当实时MAC<0.5时存在声信号异常。同时根据声信号时间差确定声异常信号的发生位置。通过工程实例,证明监测方法简便可行。
In order to grasp internal stress state of rotating spherical hinge and optimize design parameters,according to the characteristics of acoustic emission technology,the basic ideas and methods based on acoustic emission technology were proposed,acoustic emission devices and sensors arrangement in the swivel process were designed,and the signal frequency was monitored and analyzed to evaluate the internal abnormal situation.The results show that:according to the criterion based on degree of acquaintance of each exception vectors MAC,when real-time MACis less than 0.5,acoustic signals is abnormal.And abnormal position of the sound signal is determined based on the acoustic signal time difference.According to engineering practice,the monitoring method is proved to be simple.
