连续刚构箱梁悬臂施工菱形挂篮受力分析 被引量:5

摘要 挂篮作为悬臂施工的关键设备,其受力性能对保证施工安全具有决定性意义。依托某大桥连续刚构箱梁施工项目,建立菱形挂篮有限元模型,在最不利工况下,分挂篮浇筑混凝土阶段和挂篮空置行走阶段,计算挂篮各受力部件的最大应力和最大变形,并验算其强度稳定性。结果表明,菱形挂篮各部件最大应力均小于容许应力140 MPa,最大变形均小于容许变形20mm,满足设计及规范的要求,能够保证荷载的传递流畅、明确,挂篮的各承力部件具有足够的强度、刚度和稳定性。 The hanging basket is the key equipment of the cantilever construction,and its mechanical performance is of decisive significance to ensure the construction safety.The maximum stress and maximum deformation of the finite element model of the diamond hanging basket in the most unfavorable conditions are calculated.The maximum stress and the maximum deformation are calculated.The results show that the maximum stress of each part of the diamond hanging basket is less than the allowable stress 140 MPa,and the maximum deformation is less than the allowable deformation 20 mm,which satisfies the requirements of design and specification.
