制冷型APD分布式拉曼光纤测温系统在厦门灌新路隧道中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 雪崩光电二极管(APD)的增益受温度影响严重。采用TEC制冷封装的APD很好地解决了温度对APD稳定工作的影响,避免了复杂的APD温度补偿工作。厦门灌新路隧道工程测试结果显示,在APD环境温度高达60℃情况下,能够满足温度精度±1℃的要求。该系统在隧道、地铁、电力等行业恶劣环境条件下具有良好的推广应用前景。 The APD performance is seriously affected by temperature fluctuation.A new APD packaged with TEC presented in this work can solve this issue and avoids complex APD temperature-compensation circuit.The test in Guanxin tunnel of Xiamen has achieved±1℃temperature accuracy under the environment of 60℃.Practical applications proved that this system has good prospect of population and application in the tunnel,subway,and electric power harsh conditions.
