基于预防性养护最佳策略的多周期决策法研究

Method of Multi Cycle Decision Based on the Best Strategy of the Preventive Maintenance

针对目前国内尚不成熟的对道路进行长期预防性养护规划的问题,提出了预防性养护的多周期决策法,在不确定预防性养护措施的情况下,利用效益费用法来确定不同策略各阶段的最佳措施和实施时机。通过推荐的预防性养护策略与传统的零养护进行比较,验证各推荐养护策略的有效性,并以实体工程为例,确定不同策略水平下的最佳预防性养护策略。研究发现,多周期决策法是选择最佳预防性养护策略的有效方法。

For the domestic present immaturity problem of road long time preventive maintenance planning,multi cycle decision of the preventive maintenance is put forward.Under the uncertainty condition of the preventive maintenance measures,the benefit cost method is used to determine the best measures and the best implementation time of different strategies.Through comparing the recommended preventive maintenance strategies with the traditional zero maintenance,the effectiveness of the preventive maintenance strategies is verified.Through a real project,the best strategy under different strategy level is determined.The study found that the multi cycle decision is an effective way to choose best preventive maintenance strategy.
