摘要
为确定玄武岩纤维筋材的力学性能,通过测试玄武岩纤维筋材的抗拉强度、抗压强度指标对其基本力学性能进行研究,并借助单向拉伸试验,对比研究了玄武岩纤维筋材直径对其强度和模量的影响,并确定其应力-应变关系,在此基础上,对不同体积分数的BFRP-钢丝混杂筋力学性能进行研究,确定当钢丝含量达到24%时,复合筋模量达76.6GPa,提高了约86%,复合筋性能得到大幅度提升。
In order to determine the mechanical properties of basalt fiber reinforced polymer,the tensile strength,and compressive strength of basalt fiber reinforcement were tested.The influence of BFRP diameter on its strength and modulus were comparatively studied,and the stress-strain relation with BFRP was determined with the uniaxial tension test.Based on this,the mechanical properties of different concentrations BFRP-wire hybrid reinforcement were studied,and it is determined that when the wire content was 24%,the modulus of composite material was 76.6GPa,the mechanical properties of composite materials has been greatly improved.
