武汉地区原发性高血压患者高血压四项检测结果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:分析武汉地区不同年龄组原发性高血压分级患者血清肾素(PRA)、血管紧张素I(AngI)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngII)、醛固酮(Ald)水平变化。方法:临床确诊原发性高血压患者600例,分别按高血压程度及患者年龄各分为3组,即按年龄分为≤50岁组(n=205)、51-65岁组(n=191)、>65岁组(n=204),按高血压程度分为1级高血压组(n=204)、2级高血压组(n=197)、3级高血压组(n=199),另选体检健康人群作为对照组(n=120);测定各组血清PRA、Ang I、Ang II和Ald水平,比较分析各年龄组间、不同程度高血压组间的统计学差异,并分析Ang和Ald水平与高血压程度的相关性。结果:不同年龄组与对照组及不同年龄组间PRA、Ang I、Ang II、Ald水平差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组PRA水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2级、3级高血压组Ang I、AngⅡ明显高于对照组(P<0.05),3级高血压组又显著高于1级高血压组(P<0.05);1级-3级高血压组Ald水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05);Ang I和Ald水平变化与高血压严重程度呈显著正相关(r=0.184和0.139)。结论:原发性高血压患者Ang和Ald水平变化与高血压严重程度有关,与患者年龄无关。 Objective:To analysis the levels of serum renin(PRA),angiotensin I(AngI),angiotensin II(AngII)and aldosterone(Ald)in patients at different ages with essential hypertension in wuhan.Method:600cases who were clinically diagnosed as essential hypertension,and all of patients were divided into three groups according to the degree of hypertension and the age respectively.namely,the patients were divided as≤50years old group(n=205),from 51 to 65years old group(n=191),〉65years old group(n=204)by age,and they were divided by the degree of hypertension as grade 1group(n=204),grade 2group(n=197)and grade 3group(n=199),120 cases of healthy as control group.The values of PRA,AngI,AngII and Ald were measured,and the differences among groups at different ages and in different degrees of hypertension were comparatively analysised and the correlations between Ang,Ald and the of hypertension were also analyzed.Results:There were no significant differences in the levels of PRA,Ang I,Ang II and Ald between the different age groups and the control group and the different age groups(P〉0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of PRA(P〉0.05);The levels of Ang I and Ang II in grade 2and 3hypertension groups were significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05),and the values of Ang I and Ang II in grade 3hypertension group was significantly higher than grade 1hypertension group(P〈0.05).Compared with the healthy control group,the level of Ald in Grade 1,2,3hypertension groups was significantly higher(P〈0.05).There were significantly positive correlations among Ald and Ang I in patients with severe hypertension(r=0.184 and 0.139respectively).Conclusion:The levels of Ang and Ald in patients with essential hypertension were related to the severity of hypertension,but not the ages of patients.
