摘要
针对压合包边质量对涂装工艺产生的影响,在门盖外板质量控制、压合模整改等方面结合实际案例进行了总结、归纳,并通过现场进行了探索,对于后期门盖产品设计、压合模的结构设计、调试、涂装问题的排查整改等具有借鉴意义。
In the light of the influence of pressing edge quality on coating process,to sum upand conclude combined with the actual case in door cover plate quality control pressing die andothers aspect,have reference significance for product design of late door cover,structure designof pressing die,the debugging,the investigation and rectification of coating problems.
