摘要
以供氧面罩成型模具的型芯、型腔曲面加工为例,介绍了一种基于Master CAM的曲面流线加工方法。通过残脊高度和NURBS曲面的分析运用,对复杂型面铣削工艺进行优化设计,降低了铣削曲面的表面粗糙度值和提高了顺滑度,为复杂曲面的加工提出了一种新的思维方式。
The oxygen mask mold core and cavity and mold surface machining as an example,introduces the based on Master CAM curved surface streamline processing method. Through theanalysis of residual ridge height and NURBS surface, the complex surface milling process isoptimized. The surface roughness of the milling surface is reduced and the smoothness isimproved. It provides a new way of thinking for the processing of complex curved surface.
