摘要
在数控铣床上用通用夹具的装夹方法加工电极,存在加工效率低,周期长的缺陷,不利于工厂批量加工,针对此问题,设计出适合小批量加工的夹具,通过实践既能保证加工精度,也可提高加工效率。
There exist some disadvantages when using universal fixture on CNC millingmachines to process electrode, such as low machining efficiency, long cycle, and inconveniencefor batch processing. In order to solve this problem, it is necessary to improve fixture design sothat it can be suitable for batch processing. Through practice, machining precision can beensured, and machining efficiency can be improved.
