图书馆之城电子资源发展政策研究

Research on the Development Policy of the Electronic Resources of the City of Library

为制定深圳图书馆之城电子资源发展政策,推进电子资源统一服务,调研了统一服务平台的10个成员馆(2个市馆和8个区馆),重点分析了这10家图书馆的电子资源发展政策现状,发现尚无独立全面的电子资源发展政策,大多忽略了电子资源价格、技术指标、保存、供应商信誉及支持、许可证协议等政策内容,且普遍存在"重采访、轻管理"的现象。文章针对上述问题和统一服务的需求提出了若干建议,为制定图书馆之城电子资源发展政策奠定基础。

To establish the development policy of the electronic resources of the City of Library in Shenzhen, and to promote the unified service of electronic resources, the 10 member libraries （2 municipal and 8 district libraries） of the unified service platform were investigated. This article analyzed the status of the collection development policies of these libraries, especially about electronic resources. It is found that there is no independent and comprehensive development policy of electronic resources, the majority libraries ignore the price, technical indicators, preservation, reputation and support of suppliers, license agreement of electronic resources in their interviews, and usually pay more attention to interviews but look down on management. In view of these problems and the needs of unified service, this paper puts forward some suggestions, which lays the foundation for the development policy of the electronic resources in the City of Library.
