摘要
文章在杭州、宁波等地地铁工程安全验收评价工作的基础上,对地铁工程安全验收评价过程中发现的主要安全隐患进行了总结,并给出了减弱、消除风险的措施,以期对地铁工程的建设决策、提高运营管理水平以及政府监管轨道交通运营安全提供依据,对提高地铁工程运营安全有积极的促进作用。
On the basis of metro engineering safety acceptance and evaluation work at Hangzhou, Ningbo and other cities, the paper summarizes the main potential safety hazard in the metro engineering safety acceptance and evaluation process, and puts forward the measures to weaken and eliminate risks, in order to provide a basis to the metro project construction decision making, improvement of operation and management level and the government supervision on rail transit operation safety, and it will have a positive role in improving the essential safety of metro construction and operation.
