琅岐岛是马尾新城闽江口组团发展的核心,是福州新区大开发的先行区。基于福州市规划设计研究院编制的《马尾新城闽江口组团琅岐岛片区一期控制性详细规划》,聚焦琅岐岛西片区目前的规划实施,结合现行的规划评估方法,分析琅岐岛西片区空间发展的阶段特征,并归纳当前规划管理存在的突出问题;结合当前国家层面、省市的相关精神,提出控制性详细规划的若干思考。

The Langqi Island is the core of Minjiang port group in Mawei Town,and the pilot area in Fuzhou newly developed area. Based on＂the regulatory plan of Langqi Island area of Minjiang port group in Mawei new town＂,which prepared by Fuzhou Planning Design Research Institute current implementation of west area in Langqi Island was analyzed. Considered the current planning assessment methods,author analyzed the characteristics of space development and summarized the management problems. Finally,through the combination of relevant current national spirit documents,some reflections on regulatory plan were put forward.
