摘要
因砖石墙体、大木屋架耐久性较好,在我国各地村镇,仍有许多上世纪六、七十年代建造的大跨度木屋架结构,其主体结构一般无明显颓坏,局部因漏雨、虫蛀出现糟朽较常见。为节省开支,对其进行必要的修缮后还可以继续使用。以福建厦门某村礼堂料石墙-木桁架结构检测、鉴定、加固工程为例,介绍对此类结构效果较好的加固方法,包括对老结构性能的判断分析方法,及碳纤维等新材料用于木结构加固的几点注意事项。
As natural material,wood has good durability. There are many masonry-wall wooden truss constructions built in about 1960 to1980 years,have still been in use. The primary structure has no obvious decaying or damaged as whole,yet some parts deteriorated due to the leak of water or some parts rotted by Bugs or white ants. To ensure the carrying capacity of the structure,it is necessary to do some repair or reinforcement. The case study presents the detection,identification,and reinforcement of a timber roof truss structure built in a village of Xiamen in 1968,which include the performance analysis of the old structure and some key methods of carbon fiber used to reinforce timber structure. Also the study can give some good suggestions to the design or to reinforce similar structure more cost-effectively.
