摘要
新北京中心项目8A楼位于北京市通州区,高度为130.89m的框架-剪力墙结构,属于高度超限结构。文章主要介绍了该办公楼的结构设计要点,并通过弹塑性分析研究了结构在罕遇地震下的受力特点和抗震性能。
Building 8A of New Beijing Center is located in Tongzhou district of Beijing. The building has 130. 89 meters tall frame-shear wall structure,which is highly-overrun structure. Structure design of the office building is discussed in this article. Mechanical characteristics and seismic behavior of structure when disastrous earthquake occurs are particularly studied through the elastoplastic analysis.
